You cannot visit us or come to our "store" as we don't have one yet.
This is an online business only at the moment. To keep the prices down for you - we do not have a facility to accommodate visitors. Sorry.

If due to an error, you have chosen an item that is currently out of stock, but there is no indication for that on the website, we will inform you by email or phone as soon as we receive the order.

You can then choose either:
1. Different item(s).
2. Wait for new stock (we will notify you as soon as we know of its expected arrival date).

Products

Due to the nature of photos, lighting and computer monitors balance, the colour each visitor to our site sees on their monitor may be slightly different from the colour of the product in real life.

By "slightly" we mean slightly! You are not going to order blue and get yellow...

After completing the checkout (clicking on "submit order"), if the preferred payment option you chose is "paypal", you will be directed to paypal's page which allows you to either login and pay or pay by credit card without opening an account.

Please take special notice, paypal didn't make an effort to emphasis the option to pay with card without opening an account, but in the middle left of the page, you'll find the link leading you to the payment form.

Shipping & Packaging

Yes, no problems. We realise that our products make incredible gifts, so of course we will cater to such requests.

During the checkout process, there is an option to specify a different address for shipping than the billing address.

In order to have your gift beautifully wrapped, purchase a gift wrap from our Gift Wrap options page.
