By using our site, you consent to all BUBHUG's terms and conditions, return policy, privacy and security policies.
Under the law, minors cannot enter into contract. If you are under the ago of 18, please do not purchase without an adult consent.
Terms, prices, specifications and range of products can be changed at any time without notice.
Actual product colour may be slightly different from the one presented due to lighting conditions and photography.
Discount coupons are only on full priced items and will not be used in conduction to any other discount. Store wide store sale will void active coupons.

Payment
Our main payment option is the PayPal checkout.
Following the checkout procedure, you will be redirect to the Paypal gateway to complete payment with your credit card.
You don't have to have current PayPal account in order to complete purchase. PayPal will allow you to pay securely even if you don't have an account. When you complete the checkout, you will be redirect to paypal's page, which has an option to pay by credit card (it's not easy to to see that, but there's a link on the middle left hand side to allow you do that...)
Obviously, we have nothing to do with your credit card details, as they are processed within the PayPal site, meaning you have nothing to worry about in regards to the security of your credit card details.
We accept direct deposit.
During the checkout process we will present you with our account details, which are:

Please mention your order ID along with the you payment.
Time to process your direct deposit payment: 3 - 5 days, depending on the bank's processing time. You will receive confirmation as soon as confirmation from our bank arrives.

Sorry, we cannot accept cash, COD, personal cheques or any other payment method not mentioned above.

All the prices on our web site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
Although BUBHUG does its best to keep your privacy and to secure your information, we will not be held responsible for any illegal or unpermitted credit card usage.
Postage & Delivery
We deliver in Australia and New Zealand.
We apologise, but currently we cannot deliver worldwide.
We use the Australia Post's eparcel service for most deliveries.
This means that during the checkout process, the delivery cost will be calculated according to Australia Post's rates.
Within Australia, you can select between standard post and express post.
To NZ we offer either Air-Mail or Express Courier.
Free delivery offer (may exclude some items)
We offer a free delivery within Australia for orders over 250AUD.
For our NZ shoppers we deliver free of charge for orders over 350AUD.
Free delivery is always standard post (Australia) or Air-Mail (New Zealand).
We will do our best to send your order within 24 hours from payment approval.
In case of any shipment delays, you will be notified via phone or email.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
BUBHUG makes every effort to present our products as close as possible to how they look in reality. All of our products are made from quality materials and we personally check and pack each and every item before posting it to you.
If you wish to return the item either because you are not happy with it or in case of receiving a damaged item, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order.
Please do not send anything before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
If you want to return the item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for organising and paying for delivery of the item back to us. There is no refund for the original postage / delivery / handling in that case.
All items should be sent back unused, in their original package with all labels intact.
You are advised to send the item with a tracking number. We will not be held accountable for lost packages.
The items should be sent to us within seven days from receiving return instructions from us.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Your personal information stays with us, but we will not share it with any individual or company, under any circumstances.
We will not use your email or postal address for unsolicited (spam) mail. We will only use it for notifications, unless you request promotional material.
